Gomiu Studio is a creative team led by gomiu ゴムイ 🦩. All projects are handled internally by our assigned artists under the studio’s direction and quality control.By commissioning us, you agree to these terms.🦩WORKFLOW
All projects are managed by Gomiu as Creative Director.The assigned artist may vary depending on workload and specialization.🦩 COMMISSION PROCESS
1. Before we begin, please provide a clear and detailed description of your request, this includes deadlines, expressions, specific ideas, and anything else that will help me understand your vision.2. Visual references such as character sheets or pose ideas are very helpful, but if you don’t have any, I can assist with suggestions.3. Please note that prices may vary depending on the complexity and additional details of your request.🦩 PAYMENTS
1. Only accept payments via VGen payment! For payments via VGen, I will request early fund release.
2. You may choose to pay in full upfront or use a 50/50 split payment plan. If you prefer the split option, please let me know beforehand.3. For split payments, only the PNG file will be delivered first, and the full-resolution files will be sent after the final payment is completed.4. All commission transactions will include a 15% tax.🦩 REVISIONS
1. Sketch Phase: 2 major revisions, 5 minor revisions.Rendering Phase: Only minor adjustments can be made.2. After Completion: Major changes after final delivery may require an additional fee starting at $10.🦩 REFUNDS
Once you have agreed to proceed with the commission, refunds will not be available.🦩 DEADLINES & DELIVERY
1. Commissions are typically completed within 5-30 days, depending on complexity and communication speed.2. If you need your commission sooner, a rush fee will apply (Depending on complexity).🦩 USAGE
1. Clients must credit: “Art by Gomiu Studio”.Ownership: Do not claim the artwork as your own, or use it for NFTs or AI training.2. Copyright licensing is available for purchase if needed.Personal Use: Allowed (profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, etc.).3. Commercial Use: Applies to monetized platforms such as YouTube or Twitch. Additional fees may apply, please refer to the DETAILS section.4. For VTuber models, credit must be visible in profile, description, or debut post.5. Internal team credits may be listed in project description at the studio’s discretion.🦩 COMMUNICATION
